How courses are conducted
All courses are conducted online via the Department's Webex training environment.

The course consists of two Modules and is run in groups over two half-day Sessions, approximately a week apart.

Depending on availability, you can choose either:
- The Morning: Session (9:00am to 12:45pm, Canberra time), or
- The Afternoon: Session (1:15pm to 5:00pm, Canberra time).
Following registration (or substitution), you will be provided with confirmation, tax receipt (as applicable) and further information regarding your course Group and Sessions.
